This historic timeline was created by Shea Homes as a Public Art Installation. It is at the original Moulton Ranch homestead location where the Moulton and Daguerre families resided.

The street Avenida de la Carlota was aptly named for Charlotte Moulton Mathis, the daughter of Lewis and Nellie Gail Moulton.
