2020 Moulton Roundup

Maxwell, CA | March 7, 2020

In these times, family and friends are more important than ever. For over a century, the Moulton family has been gathering, working their cattle and building community just like they used to do on the Moulton Ranch during the ranching period of Orange County. At Moulton Museum we hope to tell the stories and share the traditions that bring us all together, connect us to our past and keep our community spirit alive into the future. Enjoy the videos (highlight reel and long-format 10 minute film) from our latest round-up featured below in 2020.

The Moulton Round Up is an annual event held at Mathis Ranch in Maxwell, California. For many generations, the Moulton family has used the round up to protect their cattle from deadly diseases and pathogens by providing the herd with proper marking and vaccinations. It is also a community celebration and an opportunity to gather with friends, neighbors and family while embracing the ranching lifestyle.
