William L. Pereira & Associates designed the Rockwell Autonetics in Laguna Niguel, California which is now the Chet Holifield Federal Building. Pereira and his team completed over 250 projects, including the Master Concept Plan Moulton Ranch in February 1970. William Pereira was Moulton’s family friend who helped plan the design of the Laguna Moulton Playhouse.
